This is the last Monday Morning Grounding email that you will receive. Why? I am creating space—in terms of time and energy—for things I feel are more valuable to your expansion.
There is so much conversation (with tons of free content) on social media about grounding and nervous system regulation. You can continue to access grounding exercises through these platforms. In fact, I’ll share some of my favorite content creators at the end of this post.
Going forward, I’ll contribute more “brain dumps” to the Elevate blog, which consist of specific topics for you to explore as you continue to expand.
